Do we offer self-drive cars for rentals?
No. All rentals come with a chauffeur.
What is the duration of a full-day rental?
A full-day rental covers a service period of 12 hours from the pick-up time.
Can I extend my bookings after 12 hours?
Yes, but overtime fees apply. Contact the customer service line for more details.
Are airport transfer bookings different from regular rentals?
Yes, airport transfers are for a waiting period of up to 5 hours from the pick-up time.
Do rental prices cover interstate travel?
No. Prices for interstate and outskirts travel differ from standard prices. Contact customer service for more details.
Do you take long-term/extended bookings?
Yes, we do at a discounted price. However, clients will be responsible for the driver’s feeding and accommodation during the period of long-term bookings such as 24-hour services and interstate travel.
Is fuel included in the rental cost?
For one-day bookings, the vehicle comes with a limited amount of fuel, and clients will handle additional fueling.
•For interstate and extended bookings, the vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel.
Are there any restricted routes for rentals?
Yes, certain routes, including Agbara, Festac, Alaba, Badagry, Epe, Lakowe, and others, are not regularly plied. Travel to these locations requires an agreement, and additional charges may apply.
